As you all know Job marketing which is the leader of Monster.com. They will post a summary to millions and will provide a way to read. However, these huge job search companies have problems. It is that the first 10 or so work being listed when looking for work in a specific area is to be a list of citizen's work. They have nothing to do with you, they waste time there. Why should we look at these? I do not have a reason. I recently moved to West Virginia and started a career here. I find excellent work and I love the area. I tried Monster.com First of all, honestly when they need to find a job because no one put their resume in a monster. My resume is about two months out there and I have not found anything near the "good" job. I decided that I needed to see a localized job search engine. I have decided to choose some states I am willing to move and I decided to check the state chambers' site. Normally this was a good place, but that site is impressive. I finally saw the Wv Chamber of Commerce page. After some clickthrough, I encountered a site developed at WV. It was not flashy, but it provided a lot of information. This site was called VCLink. There was a place to upload work posts, opportunities and my resume. My resume was during the week when I received a call from my current employer who is trying to schedule an interview with me. one week! Just because of the kick I left my resume in the monster. It had my job for six months, so I was receiving the possibility of a decent job in the first 2 months and 8 months later. That is a problem, the monster is too big to handle the search for the specified job. I would like it for those who are not somewhere "of looking at people. I will look for a job that will support a company with a small localization.
