I went to college for video production. They were convinced that I am making a big mistake, so they informed me that they thought that I should rethink my choice. I will follow the payment from college admission until the a few months ahead without suffering. After all, I was not done with video production work, but I can not say that I regret my decision. Life has a tendency to take place where you want to go, not matter what you think. I learned a lot more than video production at university, but these things are helping my career as a current writer.
I attended Pittsburgh's Art Research Institute and I learned both audio and video production there. While I was in the middle of it, they revamped the course, so I went there at a bad time. It was strictly used by their itinerary and I just took the class they gave me. In the middle of my education there, they switch it to elective subjects, you can be major in audio and video production and take more specialized classes. I did not do anything to help me because half way was doing my education at this point. In fact, I missed quite a class for it.
My dream of video production did not disappear, but my friend is doing a great job and I have a wonderful career in front of her. She is engaged in video production for companies that are doing a lot of high profile work for large companies and a few sports teams. I also have many friends who succeeded in concert production work, and I came across some of them in the concert I attended in recent years
If you want to go to video production, please do your homework first. Find a bunch of possible schools and have a nice look at what classes to offer. Find out how much field training is offered and see if you have an apprenticeship program.
