'Sensitive skin care' is dominated by some basic rules. However, even before we delve into the rules for sensitive skin care, it is important to understand what sensitive skin is. Sensitive skin can not tolerate adverse conditions (environment / others) and is easily stimulated when in contact with foreign substances (including skin care products). Thus, some products are particularly classified as sensitive skin care products. However, the degree of sensitivity varies from person to person (and sensitive skin care procedures also change accordingly).
Generally, all skin types show a negative response to detergents and other chemicals. However, damage generally begins beyond defined boundaries (or tolerances). This tolerance level is so low that it makes the skin sensitive and hard. Sensitive skin care products avoid potential stimulants or keep at very low concentrations.
Here are some tips for sensitive skin care:
* Use, so for sensitive skin care products only for sensitive skin). Also, check the instructions / notes on the product to see if there are any specific restrictions / alerts associated with the product).
* Within the range of sensitive skin care products, choose those that have minimal preservatives, coloring and other additives
* Do not use toner. Most of them are alcohol based and not recommended for sensitive skin.
* Wear protective gloves and do laundry or other chemical cleaning. If you are allergic to rubber, you can wear cotton gloves under rubber gloves.
* Another important tip for 'sensitive skin care' is to avoid excessive sun exposure. Apply sunscreen lotion before getting in the sun.
* Avoiding exposure to dust and other contaminants is also important for sensitive skin care. So, cover yourself before going out enough.
* (Use a hypoallergenic, noncomedogenic moisturizer as a sensitive skin care product if none is specifically classified as a sensitive skin care product)
* Use soap-free and alcohol-free detergents. Clean your face whenever you return from the door spending time
※ Do not scrub or peel too hard. It can cause redness and inflammation.
* Do not leave structure for too long. Use hypoallergenic makeup.
So, sensitive skin care is very different from normal skin care. Sensitive skin care is more about your skin and alertness (in terms of skin care products and protection sensitive to skin atrocities of the skin
All facial skin care
'Face skin care' is a discipline issue above all. Facial skin care routines are what you need (and you need to follow facial skin care routines of full importance). So check out what constitutes an effective facial skin care routine. But quite simply, the facial care routine takes four steps:
*cleansing
* Toning
* Peeling
* Moisturizing
Cleansing first cares the skin of the face. Cleansing removes dirt, contaminants, grease, oil and prevents skin damage. In a spot of the face or neck with a good cleansing lotion or cream or a light massage, stroke your skin upwards. Use to wipe your face in a soft patting manner with a soft face tissue or cotton swab (do not rub). Cleansing should be done at least twice a day. Water soluble detergents are the best for the inclusion of your facial skin care routine.
Toning is next to the facial skin care routine. However, this is an optional part of the facial skin care routine. Primarily, proper cleaning can compensate for toning. Toning helps remove all traces of dirt, grease and excess detergent. Instead of making it part of your daily facial skin care routine, you occasionally go in, especially when you are exposed to harsh environments / contamination.
Exfoliation is again an optional step of the type, daily routine for facial skin care. However, exfoliation is required at least once a week (or twice, depending on skin type and environmental conditions). Exfoliation finds the site of a skin care routine on the face every three or four weeks due to the natural tendency of the skin to replenish skin cells. Thus, as a facial skin care technique, exfoliation helps in removing dead skin cells that block the pores and helps the skin in a natural process. However, excessive or harsh peeling can damage your skin; so you need to balance.
The next thing about facial skin care is moisturizing. In fact, moisturising is an important part of facial skin care routines. Moisturizer prevents skin from getting dry. Dry skin is really undesirable because it causes the upper skin to break leading to dead skin cells. Again, use a light upward stroke to make the moisturizer more effective. Moisturizers work best when applied on warm, damp skin. So, don't try to remove all the water in the previous steps of the facial skin care routine.
Besides the usual facial skin, also exercise, do the following facial care:
* Not only for proper makeup removal but also for cleaning
* When choosing a face skin care product, pay attention to your skin type and environment.
* Test it by applying it to a short patch of skin etc before starting using a new facial skin care product.
* Never rub your skin too hard.
* Use sunscreen lotion for protection against the sun.
