You need to be able to work efficiently. A typical day of the florist can include ten wreaths for early morning funerals, several arrangements and posies. In many cases, bouquets or bunches of flowers need to be made while the customer is waiting.
A good employee is a worker who has common sense, positive attitude, honesty, what you need to do, and willing to do it in a cheerful and efficient manner.
