If you can not carry this confidence to your potential customers, you will have a very difficult time being successful in any type of business. People come to you for help, have to project a sense of confidence or have a little chance to achieve that success.
In a few years when I was in the advertising industry, some days a customer complained to me that the advertising campaign I just wrote seemed to be convinced to be a lively success. Why do you have so much confidence
