Are job hopping and career success related to each other? What is the impact of one on the other? How long does it take to stay in the company? I must admit, the summary of delivering my desk makes me conclude that work hopping has been too common.
The job hopper is for various reasons. In many cases they may not know what they are getting. Sometimes, they don't know what they want and hence are not ready for the challenge to put them ahead. Job hopping and carrier success are related to each other.
In my opinion, job hopping affects career success in a negative way. With this in mind, what may be the signal if there is more job-hop for the employer?
<b> Two-year rule </ b>
I have two-year rules that tell my staff and potential employees. Before the rule must be committed to having the same ability as that mentally spent, and finished before the company over a year. You need to deal with the learning curve. If job hops too often, learn nothing substantial.
For me, it takes at least a year to know your company ins and outs. And, another year before you become truly productive by finally adding value to the company. It will take at least two years for me to see the true result of your contribution to the company. If you are prone to job hopping and your career success is in your mind, then it is time to rethink.
<b> Train you </ b>
Many established companies have training programs. They invest in fresh graduates and beginners. However, in order to make that decision, you need to look at past performance. If you are a manager, are you likely to invest training time and money? Someone who is a job hopper and shows a tendency to job hops or someone who is stable? Companies are more likely to invest in stable people. The reason is simple. They can contribute back to the company. Everyone wins. If you are always job hopping, you send a signal that you are not ready to commit.
Companies like to invest in people who see their career goals align with their corporate goals. Job Hopper Usually their career pass can not be viewed beyond next year.
<b> Reduce the incidence of job hopping </ b>
One of the best ways to end job hopping is to know what you really want. If you know that, you have a single focus on the pursuit of your career goals. Of course, as a fresh graduate or beginner at work, I understand that it is difficult to know. I am interested in some other industries.
If there are other fields you are interested in, make a plan to know about them. Start with the Internet, then ask friends who may know people in those fields. Talk to them; ask them about the prospects of the company and the role you are interested in.
There may not be an answer that is at least an idea. It will reduce the possibility of your job hopping.
Make sure to learn the purpose of the <b> key. </ b>
If you are new to the workforce and are quite job hopping, my advice to you is this-find what you really want. If you know it, find a company that is willing to train or how they are willing to commit to the long-term employee career. The training program of the new structure is participating.
Make your main purpose to learn relevant skills and knowledge in that industry. The skills and knowledge you learn will contribute to your career success in the long run. It can bring you and the rest of your life. If you look at the benefits of committing to a company that is willing to train you for more than two years, hopefully you
