My work is not stress, I will say, just tough. I answer the phone for a Wall Street brokerage company. I enjoy my job, but I had problems keeping up with the volume of calls I encounter at my desk every day. My boss noticed that I had a problem and suggested that I could provide a headset. I asked for it because I thought it was worth it. The day I got it, I was almost instantly in heaven. I had two hands free to write notes, write input data, and handle incoming call transfers. This headset was corded, but the cord to the phone was long enough not to be mine. My day flew, I was impressed with how valuable the piece of equipment the headset had already become. It was lightweight and easy to wear out of my face ... so easy, in fact, by the end of the first day, I forgot that I had it.
