If you catch someone at work, what do you fancy? Stop and think if your answer is to take them to work. That person may be the Savior of your business. Find the reason in this article.

How long did you allow your staff to think? I mean "think" in all forms and forms. Such planning and reviewing, brainstorming and creation, decision making and problem solving, logical thinking and free flow thinking.
And yes, too, fancy.
Well, if it is not up to a quarter of their time, maybe they are not doing enough.
First Henry Ford, Ford Motor Company
Ford decided to hire a consultant to identify areas of improvement at one of his factories, wishing more productivity from his workers.
The consultant went round the place and returned with a list of the names of the people who thought he had not been hurt.
Ford looked at the list and shouted in fear when he saw the top name. "I can not fire him!"
"Why?" The consultant said. "Every time I watched him he sat to do nothing."
"I know," Ford answered. "But he is the most productive man in the factory. I pay to think to him."
For all we know, this was a man who secured the astonishing viability of the Ford Empire.
The fact remains that in thinking there is much greater power than anything else people do. It is much more powerful than words or actions. Thoughts inspire. Thinking motivates. Thoughts lead. Other products other than the business you want are owned by customers.
That's why, when Mike Pedler and Tom Boydell did their top manager research, they were top 10 qualities related to thinking skills such as mental agility, creativity, learning and analytic skills.
So, please take a look at the team or business and think about some everyday before shooting. It is meant to be silent. I can do it!
Do you know what your customers want?
"The true function of a successful business is to sell exactly what people want to buy"-Bob Serling
I think the above seems rather obvious. After all, no customer, no business, right? However, if the failure rate of today's companies is any indication, it may not be so obvious after all.
What does I mean by that last statement?
Did you notice that there may be a business to become an advertisement? Most of them don't focus on the business. ..

I think the above seems rather obvious. After all, no customer, no business, right? However, if the failure rate of today's companies is any indication, it may not be so obvious after all.
What does I mean by that last statement?
Did you notice that there may be a business to become an advertisement? Most of them don't focus on the business, the needs of the customer, but not what they want and desire? Here are some of the marketing failures I see every day:
-Headless ads (to attract the attention of potential customers).
-Ads with only business name as title.
-Ad list, company or other boring company information.
-Advertising just list the name of the product or service.
-Ads without provided contact information.
-No follow up and one time email.
-There are no subsequent offers for related products after the first sale.
-No clues about real target markets.
-There is no research to find what the target market wants.
-A build it, they come spirit.
Where are all this customers? Who is talking to the customer to find out what he or she wants, needs, or desires? Who offers solutions to customer problems? Who makes life easier for customers?
The answer to the above question is: "A successful company." A successful company finds out what the customer wants, needs or needs. Successful companies provide solutions to their customer problems and make life better for them. Design a successful company, and make sure that the customer's desires and aspirations required to convince your company's products and services are within life.
Successful companies focus on their customers, not themselves. They carefully study, define the target market, and ensure that they are aware of the products or services and benefits that the target market offers.
There are many companies that have trouble with their customers and their businesses. What a customer cares about is "what's in for them?" "For companies that answer that question, sales and profits are divided into places.
I recently wanted to sell the timeshare I had purchased a few years ago, so I took the local immobile agent to see if they would handle timeshare resale, She did not have any previous experience to deal with time sharing, but if my company had it with me
The next day, she called and informed me that she had a name and number while her company was not dealing with resale of timeshares. She provided me a number, and then, if I did not sell my timeshare through any of them, they paid her a fee for a lead I said she had her contact Since I went to the job of giving me, I think I told her that information that I wanted to feel a bit of duty to her.
But just like your customers, I also listen to WIIFM (what's on it for me) and my decision on what company I do with the best service I decide on my, she It does not include the fact that you may or may not get a fee.
When I called the first company she referenced, I discovered that they wanted upfront charges-red banner-bad signs! I was disappointed with the disastrous results and previous opportunities You are Scratch one company from the list.
Based on the results of the first call, I am now investigating a few options myself and probably don't need upfront fees and I have a good track record
"If you probably want to sell as much as possible, the formula is as easy as you can possibly as often. Let customers, sell. Make their lives easier. Make their lives better Get better, solve their problems, bring their dreams to their doorstep, grow your company-Bob-Surling
Take the Nordstroms department store as an example above. Nordstroms' notable commercial world, cheaper and better customer service. Nordstorms is the only place my wife buys shoes. why? Nordstroms is the only place she can find what she wants!
Remember, if you focus your business on your customers, you will want and hope you will build a long-term relationship with your customers and your competition may offer you so more expensive and willing to pay you You
Do all of your interests depend on your environment and just want you?
Follow-up articles explain the importance of having a strong USP or ESA. I'm looking for it.
