Adding the brain to the brain's confidence will yield non-linear results. Breakthrough results. Unreasonable results. Quantum results. The effectiveness of increased thinking can be multiplicative or exponential, due to the interaction between the ideas of several people who bounce off each other.
Your Marketing Find your success, or someone who has a vested interest in your business success. If people are truly committed they can not have great brain trust.
There are different forms of marketing brains. Call your board of advisors if you want it to be official (and tax deductible). It is work in the pilot pilot business. You can even ask each advisor to be responsible for a particular segment of information or knowledge, but their true role and true advantage
Meet regularly-monthly or quarterly-by person, or by phone, video conferencing, the Internet, or some combination. Check with members of the individual brain's trust during the meeting. Artists, scientists, musicians, technologists, writers, humanitarians, hackers, theologians, philosophers and to supplement those members who are familiar with your specific business
You need to limit the size of your mastermind group. Really, I'm going to increase you more than any number.
Finally, create a simple roster of marketing brains. This is a network of friends, associates, acquaintances, can call who is an expert thinker in a particular field, and you have several vested interests in a successful look at some bartering of these People think they're going to make some cool world differences, so do them, as some consultants of them can't collect all these people together, assemble and work in an ad hoc group It is a challenge.
