I have helped many companies with implementing concepts and concepts of choice theory (CT) in the workplace for many years. The reasons ranged from a mere curiosity to the concept and principle of CT wishing a total immersion in the company. The CT model of learning for a company and its execution is the expected outcome of successful receipt.
One of the elements of CT implementation at work is to put three conditions of quality in place. These conditions are:
1. Create a need satisfying environment for your employees.

2. Workers must be asked to do useful and meaningful work. If this is not clear, management must take time to explain what quality is pursuing.
3. Finally, workers need to be asked to self-assess their work. This self-assessment component is far beyond the scope of this article, but to allow employees to self-assess accurately and honestly
