Do you think this is not fair? That unhappy customer who complains to you about your business actually represents seven people. So why is this so? Well it all focuses on the good old human nature. As you psychologists tell us, we humans are walking the earth generally expecting things to happen properly. Pessimists aside, we generally expect to buy what we need, and that we provide a level of service that has grown accustomed to receiving.

So, (well doing and satisfying customers), people just are satisfied when your business just does it. They don't leap with pleasure, don't run up to you and don't give a big hug – they just go in the way and may use your business again

Similarly, when a customer's expectation of your product or service is not achieved, all madly knock at the door of your office, or you know what's really not eight. There are competing companies for acquaintances, but they are expressing in various designs by themselves.

To compound this problem, a happy customer needs much more motivation than the unhappy one to spread the word. So, the unhappy customer who took the time to identify themselves + the other seven who did not do it all are busy and slandering your business!

Goodness, this does not seem to sound like a nightmare! Well yes, that's definitely a threat. So how can you transform this threat into an opportunity? Like this: One of the eight unhappy customers who take time to voice their complaints is actually blessed with disguise. Not only you see how they give you the opportunity to transform them into happy customers, their frustrations (over time), your business
