Mirror body
Everything that happens to you every day is recorded in your conscious, unconscious mind. I want to do something about myself. Because it will cause you to start to make decisions daily, it is possible to display stress in real time on the body symptom.
A good example is illness. Why are some people sick and others? Why do some patients respond to treatment and others do not? It's all a matter of your attitude and the fight you are willing to put up with to strike bacteria or disease.
Your vital energy is in every cell of your body and can communicate with everything. If you have some illness, you need to identify the cause of it. Is there something you don't want to know if you can't hear? Is there anything you don't want to say if you can't speak? If you can not see, are you keeping something from yourself? There are hundreds of examples. Ask questions that you can learn and only solve those problems. If we want to feel good, we need to look straight at the answer. It will be your choice to take or pass life by hand.
After a while with some symptoms, you can continue the problem and finally develop so you can have your body's disease symptoms. These tensions in your body are usually related to the stress in your life when the symptoms develop. Being aware of this relationship will help you understand how to solve the problem. If you leave an unsolved problem, you will get a medical condition and will show more symptoms. Your body is trying to tell you something. Start paying attention to yourself when you are not feeling well and see if you can track it to a specific event.
The doctrine of the blaze
Reiki's five doctrines were adapted by Tatsuo Usui, the reader of the work of Emperor Meiji. These principles came out straight from the Meiji writings. Usui took these principles one step further and incorporated them into the practice of Reiki. The good news is that you do not have to research Reiki to apply these principles to your life.
The first principle "only for today, I do not worry." This is probably the harshest principle listed. I manage what I do not worry about. But in meditation and prayer, we deliver those concerns to a higher vitality, to trust in the world in which we live and to have faith.
The second principle is, "Just for today, I will not get angry." Sometimes when we get angry, we need to find out what is causing the real problem. Are you the one you cut in front of you, or the one with the shops? Sometimes we can find action to those who mirror our own self. It is sometimes difficult to accept. I look for teachers as other people, and I am looking for a partner in a lesson and exchange words.
The third principle is "I respect all life." You should respect all creations of God. You plant trees and flowers, and by watching the food you have, the love from your family, the air you breathe, and all the animals, rocks and the sea
The fourth principle is, "I live my life honestly." Because you were ill, skip family picnics or too afraid to tell Aunt Martha you didn't really want to go Please pray for guidance in your dreams. You have to respect the truth of your emotions and don't let it go all the way down.
The fifth principle is, "I appreciate everything." Believing that love and happiness are in your life, thank you for the small things and gifts that are on earth.
