Help for entrepreneurs

There is good news for entrepreneurs who need help but are not ready to hire full-time employees. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, during 2004, the class of part-time workers increased from 24.3 million to 25.5 million. Also, it turned out that people who wanted to work part-time increased, not because they couldn't find full-time employment.

It seems that 1.7 million part-timers hold more than one part-time job and do this by choice. It is because the conversion is different from such diverse Japan to regular employees.

All this translates into an advantage for entrepreneurs who need help but can not hire full-time employees. Employers don't expect this part-time preference to pass anytime soon. It seems strong that the begging of a reduced schedule for both seniors and the baby boom approaching retirement is strong. Parents who have interrupted their career to take care of their children but still want to work may explain the boom.

Entrepreneurs must enthusiastically look into this pool of workers and enthusiastically adopt part-time help. The big reason is that health insurance and other benefits paid by the employer add costs equal to more than 50 percent of the average employee's total income. Part-time employers get at a low cost factor and still can find someone reliable and efficient.

Seeing the part-timer boom seems to be as good a win-win situation for both entrepreneurs and workers alike. Check out the prospects with your accountant and you may come out with less stress with the winner.
