How is commonality?

Diversity, diversity, diversity! Some people, especially the political type, are trying to make our definitional feature "diversity". Does anyone think of approaching a topic in terms of "commonality", which is the connecting point of views, not "diversity"? Using the word "diversity" seems to hide a hidden potentially sinister agenda for us to divide and control. The party pursuing this line is to play the "game of responsibility" and the suit of law, using "diversity" to classify individual groups rather than color groups

It's also all unique, and DNA has the opportunity to thank you very much for the billion variations. Humans share at best only a few dozens of needs and desires, but we have a history that explains what others are solving similar problems. However, today's use of the word "diversity" tends to make history feel like a victim just to use it as an excuse.

Positive self-worth is an important attribute for everyone, but it comes from having taken responsibility for the work and successfully completed. Without responsibility, we drift in the sea of mistrust, but many use "diversity" as a way of avoiding this responsibility.

"Sensitivity" is a special need for special treatments that must be of a specific color assuming a negative way. Bull! We are all special and should be treated accordingly. The special treats of sensitive groups simply allow them to escape from excuses and responsibilities. Management basis 101 states-"don't give responsibility, or no responsibility, no responsibility." It is a necessary training instead of "sensitivity".

The United States thrives on the personality that is sparkplugged in our society. When we combine this individuality with teamwork, like a company or company, we have a powerful engine. Combining organizational management with individual initiatives and other talents has led us to become a world leader.

Why not put emphasis on "Commonness?" Cooperate to achieve meaningful work and find ways to increase our individual talents. Let's see what each can offer to achieve mutual goals. Let's join together:

* Define mutual needs / desires, desires.

* Collect available resources.

• Monitor development, build, run, and plans for this purpose.
