Using the remaining eggs from Easter

There are a lot of remaining eggs in my house. If you have the same problem, there are some suggestions for these unused eggs:

Hard boiled eggs-shell eggs and eat it. There is nothing like a good boiled egg with a little pepper on it.

Eggs-salads-great sandwiches like toast, mayonnaise and dill.

Deviled eggs-shell eggs, take egg yolks, mix with some mustard flour, mayonnaise, salt, pepper. Take the mixture and spoon back to half of the egg white. Decoratively sprinkle some paprika on top. You can also change the filling and use avocado or seafood.

Salad-shell eggs and place both yellow and white pieces into a nice garnish.

Potato salad-this uses many more eggs left. Mix potatoes with mustard, great for savory and onions.

Meatloaf-Place boiled eggs in the center of the meatloaf for a big surprise, or chop the remaining eggs and add to the mixture of meatloaf.

Chip dip-cream remaining eggs, about 7-8, with cream cheese in a blender. Add leeks, salsa, chives, delicious dip.

Hot pickled eggs-use liquid from jars of jalapenos and other peppers. Put the eggs in the juice and allow the set for the week.

Asparagus-This delicious vegetable is sometimes served with butter and diced eggs.

Casserole-mix remaining eggs with mashed potatoes, cheese, butter and chives. Also take some chickens, water chestnuts, chicks and add some eggs. Both give scrumptious dinners that are easy to make.

The remaining eggs can be used in different ways. Take your cooking skills and go from there.
