Please try this for it's unity. If you start incorporating raw food into your food plan, add them and keep reducing the number of foods cooked and processed from your diet. Especially fast food, chips, cookies, snacks etc.
I have a junk food day after you have done it for a while. If you actually miss your crap food or think, plan for it. I am left behind in memories and deserve junk.

You know, it happens naturally. We could not touch things like chicken or age hamburgers when we started eating more unprocessed food in our house. First of all, we feel really strong about not eating animals. But have you read a warning about the handling of poultry that you bought at a grocery store? Or minced meat? After preparing those meat it is recommended to wash your counter with bleach. Now, do you really want to put something on your body that needs bleach to clean the bacteria from the surface of your home? No, when we see chickens now, we all see bacteria. Anyway it does not taste. So why bother?
And the other crap food that we used to love will no longer appeal to us. Nachos and cheese? Well, the cheese you use is very handled, it has corn syrup and processed cheese, fat and chemicals, but nothing. We can feel our arteries grinding to stop just looking at it. We do not even use our vegetable dip any more. We really enjoy the taste of vegetables and fruits.
