Entrepreneur Checklist

I was asked the other day what personality traits I thought was important to the success of the entrepreneur. Is my intuition preprogrammed your passion for answers? After taking some time to ponder a little deeper questions later (usually working in shallow water), I came up with a more detailed checklist for entrepreneurial success. This is by no means a definitive list, but I'm willing to bet if there is at least a large number of people. ..

I was asked the other day what personality traits I thought was important to the success of the entrepreneur. Is my intuition preprogrammed your passion for answers? After taking some time to ponder a little deeper questions later (usually working in shallow water), I came up with a more detailed checklist for entrepreneurial success. This is by no means a limited list, but if I have at least a majority of these characteristics, your chances of business success will be greatly diminished

I will be motivated myself.

If you do not have wherewithal to bounce off the bed daily without your spouse drenching you in cold water, chances are you are an entrepreneur Business demands treatment based solely on your own will . You have to do one hundred things every day that won't be done unless you do them yourself.

You can not be afraid of hard work.

People who work in lots start businesses. It is a part of it that you can take full advantage of the ability of the bloodstream, sweat and tears to crystallize. You need to work and call 24/7 a long time, at least initially. If the mere thought of hard work makes you tired, maybe you should just keep the work of your easy day.

You must have experience with the type of business you plan to start.

Most successful business owners who do not have a sales base that has turned their business into buying oil in their car engines have experience in the industry in which they set up stores. Consider working at least some time in the year's industry before jumping with both feet.

You need to be able to climb back to the horse.

I always say: "If business is easy, everyone does it." Starting a business is a hard work and the probability for failure is against you in the first few years. If you want to ride your own flock of business you have to be willing to fall off your horse and get back in a couple of times.

You need your family support.

When you start a business like you can spend more time from your family than you can. Business may also put you financially strained. Closest with family support that does not return enough obstacles to

You need a thick skin.

Apathy is vulnerable and there is no work day that threatens the outside. Many days of business, rejections need to wait around every corner and handle rejections without taking it personally.

You have to interact well with others.

Being an entrepreneur requires that customers from your own employees to vendors to interact with different people. You must have the ability to manage people effectively without causing them to be offended; accept good advice from the adviser, and politely discount bad conditions; make mistakes

Better than your pocket deeper.

The main cause of business failure is the lack of money. You need access to sufficient capital to see until you can maintain the business itself before starting your business.

You need to be able to delegate.

Foolishly respond to multiple concurrent tasks for performance that requires running a business. You have to learn to keep in mind. Your business growth is limited if you can not put it out of blame without worrying about the consequences.

Previous business ownership is positive.

The former business ownership is not a prerequisite but can not be hurt. Many successful entrepreneurs have a past business skeleton that rattles in the closet.

Another of my sayings:

Business is a lot like marriage: you will learn a lot from the first ones that may come in handy second or third time around.

Such advice can show why I did not go to marriage consultation.

Here is your success!

Emotional aspects of business

Do your emotions get in the way of sound business decisions?

Women, in particular, can have their emotions interfere with sound business decisions. Business needs to be both analytical and logical. Each decision needs to be boiled down to one question:

"Is this good or bad for my business?"

Do your emotions get in the way of sound business decisions?

Women, in particular, can have their emotions interfere with sound business decisions. Business needs to be both analytical and logical. Each decision needs to be boiled down to one question:

"Is this good or bad for my business?"

The society saw women as caretakers and many were brought up to fit that model. The problem that arises is that women are always concerned that they will not hurt other people's feelings. They feel "nice" obligated by the business deal even if the action does not fit into the business model and does not create a good financial sense.

You are expected to ever make expensive purchases for your business, and you wonder if it was too expensive "

Process business quickly and carefully with smiles to avoid conflicts. Your first response is to confirm your request. Next, in the framework of conversation, I will explain why you can not meet your requirements. For example, I had an exciting opportunity to combine power with a local TV news program. Their studies show that there is a large number of hits expected on my website and the calls I should receive if I sign up for the program

After the presentation, the bill is $ 50,000, so it's great because we agreed. I then said, "If your statistics are true, I need to build up my infrastructure to take longer than your short timeframe allowed for responsibility"

I agreed with the statement and used my own words to indicate deficiencies in reasoning for quick decisions. Excuse me like this method and remove it from my project.

You can not afford to buy from anyone. You need to learn to remove the emotional aspects of the business and set other realistic expectations. Women will get angry if acquaintances don't buy too often. They feel it is owed to them.

I suggest taking "I" and "you" from the equation and thinking, instead, depending on the gist for your business.

Sales of relationships are based on a win-win strategy. Each business owner must understand the other needs and challenges.

When someone says "no" at any point in the conversation, all you have to do is stop and ask. "There was no communication, anger, walking, stopping, at least a little.

"Why take time to ask?" And, getting the history of the experience, there will be three positive outcomes from the question. First, if an error occurs, you will know what the error was and will not repeat it elsewhere.

Second, the two perspectives (of you and your prospects) that you always understand become proficient at work forward thanks to you from that point on.

The third scenario, and the best of all, is the question where you can easily find a solution that satisfies both of you.

Still the best prospect is that business can be used as happy as this market can. We all heard, "It's not personal, it's just business" and now we have to be careful about that expression.

Ask yourself, are you making other reasonable demands and making the best decision for my business?

Additional ideas for building a business include your way, determining whether the bricks outweigh the cost to a smaller decision; of a larger decision;
Feminine intuition is an advantage-listen to your first reaction as it is usually correct. If you are making really quick decisions that are offensive, request a day or two to reflect on the good side and bad side effects of the request. You can not make you angry by thinking seriously about what you are asking. This last step enhances your relationship to market and presents you as a very sure thing.

Strive to build a sound business environment. Your center of influence will grow and your business will thrive.
