This is a wonderful tip. I think that many of us will not skip and we may not always remember to spell it all in our cover letter or resume,

Well, everyone was doing it. I am not an employer, so I do not have an internal view of things. I did not send Linda as saying that I was doing, I was able to do a lot of mails. Make sure that it is a blind carbon copy, but I always customize each suffix, résumé and e-mail to each job / company.
