Preparation for the interview De-stres situation quite. However, regardless of 78% of all candidates, they are interviewing the level-wing it! And often they get rid of themselves in the process.
Like so much of the interview, seemingly innocent questions can stumble. You think you're answering them in a way that puts you in the best light, but you miss the boat completely How many people will be surprised by how much people wish you have positive results in the interview just enough Not It is fundamental to give up your ability to drive up a percent of positive results.
For example, "Why do you want to work here?" Some people would say something like:
"I have been working in this industry for 15 years and have been very successful. I feel able to make a difference in your organization. I have a proven track record of leadership. I have your company I have read in a dissertation that I have some problems, and in my experience as a XXXXX director, I straighten them "
The answer may seem good and sounds good, but on a 1-10 scale it ranks about 4!
why? The answer does not indicate research, thinking, or thinking. It was enough for the stock to ring and any number of companies. Overall, not impressive.
In my experience as a recruiter, I found that upper level management frequently overanswered questions while intermediate level management tended to the question UNDERanswer. As there is one group, it does not provide enough information for the limited lack of experience. Other groups have worked their way through ladders at multiple companies that have been around, and thoughtful, intelligent, and wise in their attempts at all, all in all
Let's take a closer look.
Why do you want to work here?
Here is the place to get to show off your research. Tell the interviewer you learned about the company and why you are appealing to you. Details are important here.
Associate those specific examples from your experience with what you learned about the company, focus and market. Look at your personality and motives, how it learned from your friends you called, your recruiter, you called, or you this machine
For example, maybe advertising indicated they were looking to establish a marketing department from scratch. If you grow and thrive on challenges, make things happen-your answers are there-established, or parallel, along with examples of how you are growing
And what if it's not the topic company, "May I ask. What if it's on the small side and locally?" Not all companies are General Electric's size, but they are also public power plants in the area that can be found on Dun & Bradstreet.
Even a librarian would be good to ask at other studies where information may be present. The story that the local newspaper went to has our library. Also, today, there are many corporate websites.
It is a company that contributes to what we can share. You can use your company's movements, such as a company, to cover up to the end and ask questions.
Tell me about yourself
When I lost some interviews. This is an invitation to go ad nausea about everything that has happened to you since you were five years old, or your first job It shrugs your shoulders, unplanned, one sentence answers It is time to give
Some people, especially those who are not prepared, find themselves selfless, who tend to talk when they get nervous. A 2-3 minute oral bio about your career, your qualifications, and why you are interested. I know what you are trying to say in advance.
Some things to remember
In the recruitment, we will be used to say, "the company of 'A' candidate 'A', the company of 'B' candidate 'B' and the company of 'C' candidate C ', Candidates for 'and' B 'as well as candidates for' b '
