Color and healing



Blue:



Due to the function of the throat chakra, it is blue energy. Blue represents spirituality and is a great therapeutic power. You can be restless, sleepy, and have a big shock when you have a fever. Its gentle nature is to keep us connected with the universe.



Red:



The root chakra is dominated by this color. It represents a connection with the earth and always shows a positive outlook. Red gives courage, security, and a self-confident nature. It stimulates and energizes the wearer. Can be tired, anemic, courageous, necessary new energy.



yellow:



The solar plexus chakra is under this color. It is often called the brain of the nervous system. When chakras-a problem in the stomach that doesn't balance. It cleanses the pores of the skin and helps stimulate the brain. Yellow is compared to pleasure and brightness. It helps when you are tired, suffering from depression, skin and weight problems, or ulcers.



Orange:



The sacral chakra is dominated by this color. Orange is exciting and helps us in times of depression and loneliness. Orange also has love from red and wisdom from yellow mixed into it. This color helps the wearer increase appetite and help with nerves, asthma and allergies. It also helps when you are lacking in energy to do the work you need to do.



Green:



The central chakra of Th is dominated by this color. Green is the energy of harmony, helping to balance. It has a very strong connection with nature and can help the wearer to be peaceful and to be more in harmony with life and time. Green can also help you calm down your nerves, when you have migraines, you have a need for peace and tranquility,











Color through food and food





The easiest way to introduce color to your life is within the food you eat. You can choose the color to go to your palette. A well balanced diet and all food. It will be frustrating as it will be the color of the insane. The color of the food draws us and when we eat them, we get all the healing and nutrients in the color.

When you go to the store, look around the produce and first see what catches your eye. See what color really attracts Is it a yellow banana or a bright red apple? Is it cold green celery or deep purple of eggplant that catches your eyes? Choose your food wisely and eat moderately to each color wisely.



For red food: radish, cherry, beet, tomato, strawberry, watermelon, watermelon, cabbage, meat, onion, grapefruit, apple, grape, pomegranate, peppers,



For yellow food: banana, bean, apricot, butter or margarine, corn, lemon, melon, onion, salmon, squash, apple, onion, egg yolk
